I love being outdoors - hiking, roaming and capturing life with my camera.
I was born in the southwest of Germany and grew up in the Black Forest. It is up in the mountains and down in the valleys that I feel most at home. Through the lens of my camera, I have also come to appreciate the busy streets of Berlin and the outskirts of the city.

As a designer, I am a perfectionist by trade. As a photographer, I go with the flaw. I am always striving to improve my skills, but I do not care about the golden rules or having the perfect tools. The street is where I can let loose and have fun capturing the imperfect.

I use vintage digital cameras. They are inexpensive and have an unobtrusive appearance. I enjoy the film-like photos taken with an older camera. They have character and a pretty dirty soul that fits in well with the street life of Berlin.

My aim is to document the moment in front of me with authenticity and in accordance with the ethics of photojournalism.

Thank you for your interest. pam
